Setup ⚒️ and config env variables & docker-composed instances

  • Environment variables are added using ConfigModule from @nestjs/config
  • Added sample docker config files for production-level stagging (will have more updates)
  • Extra: Added HTTP documents for rest-client & its usage guide for the technicals
